Stacey began teaching in 2001 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Bible-Theology from Mid-America Christian University. She taught third, fourth, and fifth grade in Oklahoma’s Moore Public School District for fifteen years before taking four years off to stay at home with her children. She received National Board Certification in 2006. Her family relocated to Tyler in August of 2019. Stacey and her husband, Nathan, have two children and attend Grace Community Church. Stacey enjoys traveling, sports, and time with family.
