Cougars Rest, Refocus, and Prepare for Crucial Road Matchup

October 20, 2025 – The Grace Community School varsity football team enjoyed a well-earned break last Friday as the school observed Fall Break. While there was no game under the lights, the Cougars used the week to refocus and sharpen their skills on the practice field. The time off provided an opportunity for the team to rest, recover, and reset as they enter the final stretch of the regular season.

Despite the open week, it was a productive one for the Cougars, who continued to train with intensity and purpose – keeping an eye on potentially earning a playoff spot in the weeks to come.

This week, Grace returns to action with a road trip to Austin to face Hyde Park. The Cougars will take on the Panthers in what promises to be a competitive matchup. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday night.

With strong leadership on both sides of the ball and a renewed focus coming out of Fall Break, Grace looks to make a statement and build momentum toward the postseason. Cougar fans are encouraged to make the trip and support the team as they face a crucial road battle.
