Cougar Experience (January 27, 2017)
Every week we hear stories of the impact GCS is making in the lives of students and families. Our desire is to share this positive experience with potential students in our community, so we invite students in grades 1-11 to spend the day at Grace Community School and experience all GSC has to offer including student life, academics, and our Christian distinctiveness.
There are THREE significant bridges parents and students crossover in their school journey. The first is from Kindergarten to First Grade, the second from elementary school to middle school and the third is from middle school to high school. Our heart is to come alongside current and prospective parents and students as they navigate this journey.
Kindergarten Crossover (Parents Only)
Thursday, January 19th @ 8-9 am @ the Lower Campus
Join us for coffee with Jennifer Dozier our elementary principal as she shares her heart about First Grade and more.
5th Grade Crossover (Kids Only)
All (Grace and non-Grace) 5th grade students are invited to visit Grace Junior High to shadow a current 6th grader to experience student life and enjoy a lunch in their honor. This is a cool way for a current GCS 5th grader to get a taste of what Junior High will be like, or a unique opportunity to introduce a new family to our school.
8th Grade Crossover (Kids Only)
All (Grace and non-Grace) 8th grade students are invited to visit Grace High School to shadow a current 9th grader, experience student life and enjoy a lunch in their honor. This is a cool way for a current GCS 8th grader to get a taste of what High School will be like, or a unique opportunity to introduce a new family to our school.
