Cougar Men’s Basketball Tops No. 1 Waco Live Oak in Playoff Tune-Up

February 16, 2026 – Grace earned a 59-54 victory Friday night over top-ranked Waco Live Oak Classical School, defeating the No. 1 team in TAPPS 3A in a hard-fought contest. The win adds to an already strong postseason run for the Cougars, who have shown resilience and composure in high-pressure situations.

The Cougars will be back in action Tuesday at 6 p.m. in Lubbock, where they will face Trinity Christian School of Lubbock in the second round of the TAPPS playoffs.
