Cougar Baseball Splits Week Against Tough Competition

March 2, 2026 – The varsity Cougar baseball team went 2-2 on the week while facing strong competition, earning key wins over Kemp and Coram Deo.

The Cougars opened the week with a 9-7 victory over Kemp in a competitive matchup, then followed with an impressive 10-0 shutout win against Coram Deo. Grace also battled in two tough contests, falling to Malakoff 10-2 and dropping a narrow 4-1 decision to Coram Deo.

Despite the split results, the Cougars continue to show growth as they prepare for district play.

Grace will be off this week for Go Week before opening district action Tuesday, March 10, at home against Bishop Dunne. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m.
