Cougars Look Forward to TAPSAC Tournament

The 7th grade Cougars went to13-2 on the year defeating All Saints twice last week. They won the first game 40-20.Bradon Alexander lead the way scoring a season high 25 points. Alexander again lead the Cougars in scoring in the second game with 20 points in a 38-26 victory. Braydon Know was also in double digits with 10 points.The 8th grade Blue Team Cougars lost twice to All Saints. They lost 28-44 in the first game. Dane Edens lead the team with 8 points. Jay Pillsbury lead the team with 10 points in the second game , a 26-45 loss. The Cougars played much better in the second game but couldn’t get shots to fall. They are 5-8 on the year.The 8th grade White team went to 3-1 on the year with two wins against All Saints. David Wallace had a great game in the opener scoring a team high 11 points and playing shut down defense recording 5 steals. In the second game both Wallace and Sam Jenz knocked down two threes each to lead the Cougars to victory.
