Joshua McElhaney joined Grace Community School in 2026 as the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement. He studied theological studies at Texas Bible College in Lufkin, Texas, and brings more than 20 years of ministry and leadership experience, having served as an assistant pastor, lead pastor, church consultant, author, and creative director. His work has focused on developing leadership systems, strengthening communications, and helping organizations tell meaningful stories that connect and inspire communities.

At Grace, Joshua leads marketing strategy, brand development, communications, and community engagement initiatives in support of the school’s mission and growth. Joshua and his wife, Emily, have a blended family of eight children and are actively involved in church and school life. They attend Hope Church in Tyler. He enjoys writing, graphic design, sports media production, storytelling, and spending time with his family.
