Grace Football Kicks Off Preseason with Strong Showing at Alba-Golden

August 18, 2025 – The Grace Cougar football team continued their preseason preparation with a scrimmage last Friday night at Alba-Golden. Grace has a mix of returning starters and fresh faces, so it was good to get on the field and test themselves against some outside competition. Despite the heat, the Cougars played well and had some success against the Panthers. They will be back at work this week, continuing to grow and build a team to challenge all their opponents this season. The Cougars will have their second and final scrimmage this week. They will travel to Jefferson on Thursday night.
