Lady Cougars Victorious in First District Game

Friday night the Lady Cougars were victorious in their first district game with a win over Brighter Horizons 66-14. Every Cougar scored on the evening: Kalynn Giffin 6, Olivia Clark 8, Hannah Stout 15, Paige Gilmore 4, Lucy Loftis 7, Harper Auringer 8, Macie Mathis 2, Macy Loftis 4, Avery Blaylock 2, Kat Neal 10.

Tuesday night the Lady Cougars defeated White Oak 46-27. Hannah Stout led the team with 18 points, and Harper Auringer had 8 points and 12 rebounds. Senior Olivia Clark totaled 9 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 steals. Lucy Loftis led the team with 5 assists.

The team is off this week, before competing at the Hawkins tournament Dec. 27-29.
