Volleyball News

This past week, the volleyball program had two matches; one against Tyler High and one against All Saints. The JV squads won all of their matches and finished the week undefeated! 

On Tuesday, the varsity squad lost by 5 to Tyler High. Then on Thursday, the ladies swept All Saints 25-10, 25-22, 25-21. 

Leaders for the week were: 

Avery Nutt: 22 kills, 3 blocks

Kennedi Pickrell: 11 Kills, 6 digs

Ashley Taylor: 10 kills, 10 digs, 1 block

Keely Bozeman: 9 kills, 3 blocks, 16 digs

Gracie Jewell: 6 aces, 2 kills, 23 digs

Maggie Luce: 34 assists, 17 digs, 3 aces

Olivia Clark: 21 assists, 9 digs, 1 ace

The Cougars will travel to Gary this Tuesday with JV starting at 4:30 and Varsity starting play at 5:30.
