Tania has taught elementary Spanish at Grace Community School since 2021. She received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Turabo in Puerto Rico. She was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and served for over 20 years in the mission field, working with children and youth ministries on the island and in over 25 countries. Tania, and her husband, John Ray, have four children who attend Grace Community School and Grace Early Education Center. She and her family have been part of the Tyler community since 2013 and attend Grace Espanol at the Old Jacksonville campus.
