Gail Brown

Gail Brown

Executive Director

Gail has worked at the Grace Early Education since 2008 and has worked in the early education field for more than 35 years. Gail feels that she was called to work with younger children, and their pure hearts bring her so much joy! She is the proud mom of three adult children and seven grandchildren. Her children and grandchildren keep their families very busy. Gail enjoys anything outdoors, being around friends and loved ones laughing. Gail says Grace is her extended family. The staff and families love big, support each other in the good and hard times. She feels blessed to call Grace Community her home away from home. Contact Gail at 903-593-3859 ext.3258

Jill Roberts

Jill Roberts

Director

Jill joined the Grace Early Education team in 2011 and has been working in the early education field for more than 30 years. After working for a school for so many years, her favorite thing about working at Grace is the daily teaching of God and praying, singing, and rejoicing to Him. Jill leads the weekly chapels, and this is her favorite part of the week! Each week she is touched by the precious prayer that is offered at the end by a child. Working with children has always been a blessing, and the joyful hearts of children is so rewarding that it rarely feels like a job. Jill and her husband, Randy, have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children. She cherishes the role as a mother, but the most rewarding and fulfilling role has been as a grandmother! They are the proud grandparents of four children whom they absolutely adore. Contact  Jill at 903-593-3859 ext.3172

Victoria Spencer

Victoria Spencer

Director of Daily Operations

Victoria joined the Grace Early Education team in 2013. She began working with children at an early age; her first job was at a local gym and then expanded to babysitting and nannying for those families. After graduating from high school, she coached volleyball and mentored girls in elementary, middle school, and high school. Victoria was fortunate to stay at home with her son for almost two years after he was born. Then, when she returned to work, she chose Grace and said the community blesses them. Her son attends Grace Community School. Contact Victoria at 903-593-3859 ext.3100

They have three sons, one in high school and the other two in college. Contact Lori at 903-593-3859 ext.3325
